It sounds like you still might not be getting enough power to start the machine. If you have a charger, hook it up to the battery and turn it on and try to start it again. You have to find out when your spark plug is firing if it is firing when its top dead center magneto key should be fine but if not firing top dead center you have problem. Im wondering what would cause this.There is a brake line with the switch attached. 2 wires on top. To test to see if the switch is working depress the brake and see if the brake lights come on. If they do this is not your problem. If no brake lights you can jump across the 2 wires on the switch and rzr should start. Make sure you are in park for safety.
